COMING SOON.... Full-time opening for a Job Developer. The timeline for hire is dependent upon the economy's recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, but will likely be by September 2020. BIFSTL is committed to helping individuals with Brain Injuries return to competitive, dignifying, and gainful employment. The Job Developer plays a key role in helping our clients prepare for work, advocate for needed accommodations, identify barriers to employment and help clients determine strategies to overcome those barriers. In addition, the job developer will have duties assigned in other departments depending on their skills and interests in case management, grant writing, pre-employment training, or job coaching.
