Full-time opening for a Case Manager/Job Developer.
BIFSTL is committed to helping individuals with Brain Injuries return to competitive, dignifying, and gainful employment. This position plays a key role in helping our clients prepare for work, advocate for needed accommodations, identify barriers to employment and help clients determine strategies to overcome those barriers. This position will also support individuals with Brain Injury to learn independence skills and participate in the community in a meaningful way.
Experience working with individuals who have Brain Injury is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide extensive training to the right candidate. Willingness to work within a team, collaborate with other professionals, and support individuals with Brain Injury and their families is a must. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but a minimum of High School Diploma is required. Ability to drive is an essential function of this job. Compensation will be based on education, experience and professional credentials. A well-qualified candidate will have opportunities to increase responsibilities and receive regular pay raises.
